RAPAT IKA 21

Hari Sabtu kemarin tanggal 28 Juli 2007, jam 14.00 diadakan Rapat pembentukan pengurus Ikatan Alumni SMA 21 (IKA21) bertempat di Ruang Audio Visual SMA21 Jakarta
Namun karena masih ada beberapa kendala maka pembentukan IKA21 selanjutnya akan dilakukan kembali setelah acara Gathering 21 Dilaksanakan. Info selanjutnya dapat menghubungi Om Rudi Yakub– angkatan 1980.

Silakan berikan tanggapan dan ide-ide tentang bagaimana bentuk dan lainnya mengenai Ikatan Alumni 21 (IKA21)

Perlu diketahui bahwa sejak beberapa tahun lalu atas inisiatif banyak alumni 21, telah dibentuk presidium IKA 21 yang mana tugasnya adalah mempersiapkan IKA 21 yang permanen. Presidium sendiri terdiri dari wakil-wakil angkatan yang bersedia bekerja secara sukarela. karena berbagai hambatan dan kesulitan komunikasi Presidium IKA 21 sempat vakum, untuk itu dengan moment pertemuan/Reuni angkatan 1980 beberapa tahun lalu, temu kangen angkatan 1987 pada tangal 12 Agustus 2007 dan Gathering alumni 21 pada tangal 1 september 2007 maka alangkah baiknya setiap inisiator berkumpul agar tercipta koordinasi yang lebih matang serta membuat aktivitas-aktivitas yang lebih luas lagi.

21 HS Gathering on September 2007

Many of our grad’s student here, when they leave 21HS are really sorry to go as they would like to stay lots longer due to enjoying it so much.
This is attributable to good connection among us and most important what’s making it such a pleasant and memorable experience.


Some of our friends making some effort to develop such a simple concept as we called it “gathering”on Tuesday,19th June 2007 at EX, Jakarta . The event itself will be on 1st September 2007…Venue at Pasadeina Apartment closest to SMA/UN 21

I believe that we should capitalize on this by assigning some persons to be in contact (Person in Contact) with all these people which can generate a lot of connection by coming back themselves or recommending this to any of their friends through word of mouth or other media.

Just twenty (20) or may be more friend each batch per PIC will cover the cost of our aim to run the program.

I believe this is achievable!

As we need more person to in contact, please do not hesitate to give us ur name to be as an PIC on your batch and get your friends to be involve or attend this event.

Monitoring of program progress is possible by finding out how many graduates student we have had and how many we would have after that.

In other words only 400 or more new grads student listing before end of July 2007 would recover all the cost.
This is an inexpensive way of generating our program to became what we call it “Gathering graduates student SMA/SMU 21”which will benefit all.
